Borehole Pumps

Grundfos 3″ Submersible Water Pumps Africa (SQ/SQE)

Our most popular borehole pump is the Grundfos  3″ SQ/SQE submerisble pump. It is compact, light and easy to handle and comes with dry run protection and some models support variable speed functionality. All Grundfos 3″ pumps run of single-phase electricity.

Grundfos 4″ – 6″  Submersible Pumps (SP)

The Grundfos SP 4″ or 6″  pump range offers energy-efficient submersible pumps with flow rates ranging from 0.1 to 280 m3/h. The range comes in many pump size and each pump size is available with an optimum number of stages to match any duty point. Pumps are available to run of either single or three-phase electricity supply.

As standard, all Grundfos SP borehole pump models are made entirely of stainless steel DIN W.-Nr. 1.4301 (AISI 304). Where particularly aggressive liquids are encountered, the SP Grundfos borehole pumps are available in extra high grade stainless steel DIN W.-Nr. 1.4401 (AISI 316), or, for severe conditions, DIN W.-Nr. 1.4539 (AISI 904 L). This pump range is available with single or 3 phase motors.

Lowara 4″ Submersible Water Pump (GS)

 

Submersible pumps for 4″ wells, the GS range are suited for residential water and agricultural irrigation applications. Lowara borehole pumps have an industry reputation for quality and flexibility with an exceptional pump range. Applications include; water supply, sprinkler system, pressure boosting and fire fighting. 

Well and Drainage Pumps

These submersible water pumps are ideal for lifting water up to 40 metres from wells or tanks. They are frequently designed with inbuilt dry run protection and require no sleeving to operate in a well or tank.

 

The standard well pumps will pump clean water but the drainage pumps are designed to lift and move contaminated water from depth.

5″ Well and Tank Pumps

The single piece 5” borehole pump, installed inside collecting tanks or wells, 6” septic tanks, Roman wells, basins or watercourses, is suitable for providing pressurised water in domestic systems, small-scale farming and sprinkling systems for gardens and vegetable gardens.

Base plate version: The SPO pump with base plate is ideally suitable for installation in combination with rainwater collection systems. The pump can be fitted with a flexible hose, filter and floating ball ensuring that water is drawn from a spectific level in the tank in order to avoid possible impurities floating at the water surface. The pump also enables dry installation outside the well or tank as the motor is cooled by the pumped liquid.

Grundfos SB/SBA submersible pressure pumps offer simple intallation and reliable operation in domestic applications such as private wells and rain water tanks. The SB/SBA’s are used in the pumping of clean water in domestic applications.

6” Submersible well and tank pumps

Easy to use and highly reliable, the DAB Divertron 6” submersible well and tank pump has built-in integrated electronics which automatically start and stop the pump. The Divertron is designed to boost water from wells, rain water harvesting/irrigation tanks and water tanks.

DAB NOVA SALT W M-A SUMP PUMP for SALT WATER 240v . This submersible pump is specifically constructed for use in salt water. Another powerful pump from DAB that can also be used for flooding and dewatering situations as it’s features include:

• Anti-corrosive and rust-proof materials
•  Motor casing, shaft, screws and nuts made of stainless steel AISI 316
•  Cable with tin plated conductors
•  Motor with thermic overload protection
